SLO County Creative respects your privacy and the privacy of the clients, guests, and businesses featured in our galleries. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and protected when you access a client gallery, download images, place an order, or contact us through Pixieset.

When you view or interact with a gallery, we may collect information such as:

Gallery Privacy
Some galleries may be password protected, hidden from public view, or shared only with specific clients. However, anyone with access to a gallery link, password, or download PIN may be able to view or download the gallery content.
Clients are responsible for sharing gallery links and passwords carefully.
Photos, Videos, and Client Content
Images, videos, and other media inside client galleries are provided for personal, business, or project-related use based on the agreement between SLO County Creative and the client.
Gallery access does not automatically grant permission to edit, resell, redistribute, or use images for unrelated commercial purposes unless written permission has been provided.
Orders and Payments
If you place an order through a Pixieset gallery, payment and order details may be processed by Pixieset or its third-party payment providers. SLO County Creative does not store full payment card information.
Third-Party Services
Client galleries are hosted through Pixieset. By using a gallery, you may also be subject to Pixieset’s own privacy policy, terms, and cookie practices.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect client galleries and related information. However, no online platform can guarantee complete security. Please avoid sharing private gallery links, passwords, or download PINs with anyone who should not have access.
Gallery Expiration and Storage
Client galleries may be available for a limited time. SLO County Creative may archive, remove, or delete galleries after delivery, expiration, or project completion.
Clients are encouraged to download and back up their final files.
